I've been taking my VW's here for over 10 years, and while not as cheap as the generic 'local mechanic', the cost is much better than VW dealers, and they have the equipment to work on all VW systems! I've never had them 'magically' discover something else that needs to be fixed when working on a specific problem, and haven't had to wait more than 1 day for them to get parts in they didn't have in stock. I took my '87 Golf, '99 New Beetle & '03 New Beetle to them, and won't go anywhere else except for a simple oil change (they're about 10 mins. from my house). The customer service is great too, and they always call promptly with updates. I'd recommend to anyone, so call and talk to Tom today!
